I earned a B.A. in Urban Planning & Sustainable Development from Western Washington University’s Huxley College of the Environment and spent several years working for Washington State’s public sector, including the City of Kent and Kitsap County, where I reviewed zoning, land use, critical‑area, shoreline, and accessory dwelling unit (ADU) permits.

I use my government‑level expertise into actionable strategies for developers, builders, homeowners, and Expats moving abroad who are eager to create US real estate dreams.
