  • A general contracting team can install them in as little as 4-6 months. You will need to hire the installers, however we do have Onsite Training. Our team offers hands-on training during the build to ensure a smooth construction process

  • Prices will vary on the model you select and change from time to time due to market changes.

    As if July 2025, the price range is $140,00 for the smallest unit (428 sq ft, 1 BD, 1 bath) , to $462,500 for the largest (3,118 sq ft, 2 car garage, 3.5 bathrooms, 4 BD)
