What is included in the price?

The full complete model you choose, solid wood cabinets with soft close hinges, quartz countertop and backsplashes, brushed nickel finishes and Bosch and LG appliances. Mini split for heating and cooling. Also includes a stamped site plan for permit application which your GC or installer will greatly appreciate.

How does it install?

A general contracting team can install them in as little as 4-6 months. You will need to hire the installers, however we do have Onsite Training. Our team offers hands-on training during the build to ensure a smooth construction process

What is the price?

Prices will vary on the model you select and change from time to time due to market changes.

As if July 2025, the price range is $140,00 for the smallest unit (428 sq ft, 1 BD, 1 bath) , to $462,500 for the largest (3,118 sq ft, 2 car garage, 3.5 bathrooms, 4 BD)

Order Process Steps?

Place your order and pay your deposit.

1. Your GC orders a survey of your lot and a geotechnical report to provide to the engineering team.

2. Choose your home’s finishes from the Style Guide.

3. Receive personal renderings based on your finish selections.

4. Once the engineering team has the reports from your GC, the engineering process can begin.

5. Your GC collaborates with the engineers on your site-specific plans.

6. Plans are finalized and your GC submits them to your local building department for permits.

7. Once you receive your permits, your home kit is shipped from Panama.

8. Your build process commences.

9. Your build is complete! Move in and enjoy.

What is the required deposit?

50% of the model price is due at the time of order.

30% when ready to ship from Panama.

20% after certificate of occupancy is issued.
